Processing time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed, especially during the holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.
Shipping time
Domestic warehouses
- 3–7 days for all stocked products.
International warehouses
- 5–12 days for all expedited shipping orders.
- 12–30 days for all standard shipping orders.
You will receive an order confirmation upon purchase and then a shipping confirmation via text message and/or email with your tracking number once your order is processed. Please allow 1–2 days for processing time before tracking your package. You can also contact us via email for help.

- All US pre-order items will take 1–3 months to arrive.

Free standard shipping
We offer FREE shipping with purchases over US$69. For orders below US$69, a shipping fee will be charged. The shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses worldwide excluding remote areas.

Special conditions
Oversized items
Oversized items, such as oversized home decoration and outdoor ornaments, can only be purchased in some areas of the United States, Australia, or the United Kingdom; other areas need to inquire about shipping fees separately.
Holiday shipping
Due to the holidays, shipping companies will usually have a high volume of shipping traffic. Shipping companies may require additional time to deliver. We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
What are duties and taxes and who pays them?
Import taxes are implemented by your local government to mostly (but not only) protect your local economy and regulate international trade.
Clearing customs and paying import taxes is the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer. Orient & Zen cannot be held responsible for customs procedures or if taxes of any kind are charged to you upon delivery of your purchase.
Please bear in mind that import taxes differ from shipping costs added to your order before you confirm your purchase. Import taxes do not go to Orient & Zen and are usually collected by the carrier on behalf of your local customs authorities.
